Course

Swim

The swim will take place on Prairie Creek Reservoir. The olympic course is 1x 1,500 meter loops. The Sprint course is 1 400yard loop. We are slightly changing the course from last year to better accommodate the athletes and to ease sighting.

Bike

The bike course is a beautiful 20.6k loop around Prairie Creek Reservoir. The rolling hills present a fast yet challenging course for athletes. There are only 5 turns: 4 left & 1 right. Security will be at every turn and at each main crossroad. Olympic distance athletes will do 2 loops with the sprint athletes doing 1 loop.

Run

The run course is an out-and-back format for all races. There are plenty of non-stop rolling hills for your liking! Aid-stations are at miles: 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 4.5, & 5. Each station is equipped with water, gatorade & plenty of volunteers! At each 5k/10k turnaround there will be gels available.

Duathlons will use the same run course for the 1st and 2nd run.

Hotel

The Baymont Inn of Muncie is the host hotel.  Call them at 765-284-4200 to make reservations.  Make sure that you tell them you are racing with America Multi-Sport to get the discounted room rate.

Thanks for helping me!

I just wanted to extend a special thanks to you for helping me so much with my swimming.  You had a tall task in front of you!  You never gave up on me and encouraged me to keep going.  If it weren't for your help and encouragement I never would have finished my first triathlon!  Thanks and please keep in touch!
