Our RRCA certified running coach offers plans with:
Accountability – Find it to easy to miss a workout when no one is looking? When you join one of our coaching plans you now have someone who is vested in your success reviewing each workout to help you reach your goals.

Motivation – Our online training calendar emails / texts you each morning with the workout for that day. Gives you the focus for the day and a goal to accomplish. Remember the larger goal is made up of small goals/ steps taken everyday.

Customized Training – Based on your background and goals we develop a customized training plan to help you reach your running goals. Whether the goal is to finish a 5K or run a PR in a half marathon or full marathon, we can create a training plan to help you reach those goals.

5k Program
8 weeks. Initial 1 hour in person meeting /consultation – setting of goals and baselines for training. Setup Final Surge account etc. Customized training based on consultation and goals. Training delivered via Final Surge. Weekly contact via email / txts. Bi-weekly contact via Phone. In person meeting week 4 and 8 (week of goal race).
